Terms of Service

Draft v0.1 — February 26, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of ZeroTrue and any related websites, mobile apps, browser extensions, APIs, Telegram bots, Mini Apps, and other integrations (collectively, the Service), operated by ZeroTrue and its contributors.

By creating an account, connecting a third-party login, uploading content, calling the API, using a Telegram integration, installing an extension, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and these Terms apply to that organization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You may not use the Service if doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions, platform rules, or these Terms.

We may restrict or block access in certain regions or contexts, including where legal, compliance, or operational risks require it.

3. Beta Status

The Service is currently offered in early beta. We are not charging fees at this time.

We may add, remove, suspend, test, or modify features at any time. Features may be incomplete, unstable, or unavailable without notice.

We may later introduce paid plans, internal tokens, subscriptions, usage limits, or enterprise terms. If we do, those changes will be communicated before they apply to you.

4. Limited License

Subject to these Terms, ZeroTrue grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, benchmark without permission, interfere with service infrastructure, or use the Service in any way not expressly permitted by these Terms.

5. What the Service Does

ZeroTrue provides automated analysis tools such as AI-origin detection, humanization-related scoring, and watermark-related detection across text, images, audio, speech, music, video, and code.

Outputs are generated by automated systems and are probabilistic, heuristic, and context-dependent.

6. Accuracy, Reliance, and Decision-Making Disclaimer

The Service is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

Results may vary across models, model versions, modalities, languages, domains, and the same underlying input. The same content submitted twice may produce different results.

You must not treat any score, label, or report as conclusive proof of authorship, non-authorship, originality, misconduct, or any other factual finding.

The Service is not a sole basis for disciplinary, academic, employment, admissions, insurance, credit, immigration, legal, or other high-impact decisions.

You are solely responsible for how you interpret, share, or act on outputs.

7. User Content and Your Responsibilities

You retain your rights in the content, files, links, prompts, media, and other material you submit to the Service (User Content).

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and legal authority needed to submit User Content and to grant the licenses in these Terms.

You are solely responsible for User Content and for the consequences of uploading, sharing, or publishing it.

You must not upload, submit, or distribute User Content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights, constitutes child sexual abuse material, facilitates illegal activity, or violates the Acceptable Use Policy.

8. License You Grant to ZeroTrue

You grant ZeroTrue a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, process, analyze, display, and store User Content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, operate, secure, and improve the Service.

By default, ZeroTrue does not use Customer Content to train general-purpose models. We may use Customer Content for quality assurance, abuse prevention, security review, debugging, and candidate model evaluation under appropriate access controls.

9. Report Visibility Modes

Account-only mode. Reports are visible inside the relevant account or workspace and are not publicly listed.

Share-link mode. If you choose to generate or enable a share link, anyone with the link may be able to view the linked report. You are responsible for who you share that link with.

Private mode. If you choose a private-check option, sharing may be disabled, and the report may be subject to shorter retention periods.

You are responsible for the audience and consequences of sharing any report, link, export, screenshot, or summary.

10. Retention and Deletion

Uploaded source files and submitted content are generally retained for no longer than 180 days, unless a shorter period applies or a longer period is reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

After the applicable retention period, source files and raw submitted content may be deleted, aggregated, or irreversibly anonymized.

We may preserve limited records such as account events, timestamps, IP logs, user agent data, file hashes, abuse signals, and other metadata as reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

11. NSFW and Sensitive Content

ZeroTrue may use automated systems to pre-screen and label adult or NSFW content and may blur, age-gate, restrict, or remove content that violates policy.

These systems are not 100 percent accurate. Content may be mislabeled, under-labeled, over-labeled, or missed.

You may not use the Service for child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, non-consensual sexual content, or related prohibited conduct.

12. Security and Abuse Prevention

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect the Service and user data, but no service is completely secure.

We may monitor for abuse, fraud, malware, automated scraping, suspicious traffic, credential misuse, and other security threats.

13. Third-Party Platforms and Services

The Service may interact with third-party platforms, operating systems, browsers, login providers, storage providers, and messaging services. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.

Telegram bot and Mini App usage is also subject to Telegram platform terms and policies. Extension usage is also subject to applicable browser store policies.

14. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, interfaces, design, branding, documentation, and non-user content, is owned by ZeroTrue or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Except for the limited license expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

15. Feedback

If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant ZeroTrue a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access immediately if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal risk, posted prohibited content, or engaged in abuse or fraudulent activity.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Deleting an app, extension, or account may not immediately remove all retained data subject to applicable retention rules.

17. No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE BASIS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroTrue disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and freedom from error.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroTrue and its operators, contributors, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind, including loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of ZeroTrue for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred dollars (USD).

19. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZeroTrue and its operators, contributors, contractors, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

20. Export, Compliance, and Cooperation

You must comply with applicable export-control, sanctions, privacy, and platform laws.

We may preserve, use, or disclose information if we reasonably believe in good faith that doing so is required by law, legal process, or to prevent harm.

21. Disputes and Governing Law

The governing law, venue, and contracting entity details will be updated after ZeroTrue formalizes its operating legal entity. Until then, disputes will be handled in good faith and in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. If you continue to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

23. Contact

For legal or privacy inquiries, use the contact information published in the Service or Privacy Policy. Operator identity and legal entity details will be updated once ZeroTrue is formally established.
